Michael is a highly experienced food photographer and is based in central London, England. He has always had a passion for food and for photography and when he was about 18, decided to combine the two, to become one of London's leading food photographers.
With over 20 years of experience, Michael has worked for most of the major supermarkets in the UK. These include, Marks and Spencer, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco, Safeway, Somerfield, Spar and Co-op. He has also worked for many brands such as Heinz, Batchelors, McDonalds, Kraft, Perfect Pizza, Twining, Uncle Bens, Colmans and Birdseye. More recently, Michael has shot the new range of packaging for the whole Walls Magnum range, to be used internationally.
Michael was a pioneer of digital photography and now shoots exclusively in this format, using the latest digital cameras and proofing devices. He also offers on site image retouching and has extensive knowledge of the post production required to make sure that his clients are happy with the finished printed result.
Michael is based in central London, England, where his 2500sqft studio is fully equipped for all aspects of food photography. Be it a room set or just a small table top shoot. There is an extensive prop collection and fully fitted kitchen complete with a wide range of food storage facilities.
